What gemstones do you have?Our wooden Scratch Patch pit holds hundreds of thousands of gemstones including quartz,jade,tiger's eye,citrine,amethyst and jasper.There can be up to a hundred different types at any one time
When and Where can you find Scratch Patch London? On weekends at various events around South London from Summer 2009, see our Upcoming Events . There is no minimum size for parties but if there are more than 10 in your group we strongly suggest you book and reserve your place in advance.
Costs and what do you get? A bag of gemstones to take home with you and fact sheets identifying the gemstones you have selected. We also have a range of jewellery and are featuring gold panning and fossil hunting in the Summer.
You only pay for the size of bag you want , there is no entrance fee.

Can I hire the Scratch Patch privately (i.e.we bring it to you) ?The ScratchPatch is available in hourly time slots plus 30 minutes to set up and pack up. We will set it up for you, attend and help throughout the party and then pack up afterwards. There is a minimum charge of £10 per gemseeker with a £100 deposit payable in advance .We cater for up to 40 children or 30 adults and offer large group discounts with one in 10 going free.
Who can have a go? Scratch Patch is fun for all the family but is particularly popular with children aged from five upwards. We have a number of ScratchPatches but the standard size Scratch Patch holds about 20 people at any one time “ scratchin’ ” for their own choice of gemstones.
Safety and SecurityThere will be a party controller on hand at every event we hold but we expect the parents/guardians to supervise their children.
